SUBJECT: CERTIFICATE REGARDING INITIATION OF PERs.
In continuation of this Directorate Memo No 5521 /Supt (Admn-M) dated 03-09-2020 on the subject cited above.
2. It is stated that the Competent Authority has taken serious notice regarding initiation / completion of PERs of subordinates. In this regard, it is further directed that directions have already been issued regarding establishment and proper / smooth functioning of PER Cell in your offices.
3. You are once again directed to ensure initiation / completion PERs for the year 2020 of all the subordinate staff of offices and schools under your jurisdiction accordingly.
4. A certificate regarding subject must reach to this Directorate till 31.01.2021 positively.
